In this two-part session we will discuss your concerns and challenges with all things meal-planning, and come up with some solutions that are actually doable in your routine and schedule. In session one (60 min) we will discuss what isn't working, how long you are able to spend on meal prep, and your goals for working with me. In session two (45-60 min) we will pick out recipes and create a flexible schedule to help you get organized in the kitchen and start meal-prepping like a pro.
