Delete Your Account

We’d hate to see you go, but if you’ve decided to leave EazyDone, here’s a guide on how to delete your account step-by-step.

How does account deletion work?

Your personal information will be permanently deleted when you delete your account, except for certain information we’re legally required or permitted to retain (see our Privacy Policy). Once your account is deleted, you can’t reactivate it, recover any data, or regain access. You’ll need to set up a new account to use EazyDone again.

Deleting Your Account

1. Go to Profile

2. Click My Profile

3. Scroll to the bottom and click Permanently Delete Account

4. Confirm by clicking Permanently Remove All My Data

Before you delete (recommended)

• Cancel any upcoming bookings and resolve open payments.

• Save any receipts or information you may need later.

• If something doesn’t look right, reach out and we’ll help.
