Last Reviewed: October 10, 2025

Please read this privacy notice (this “Privacy Policy”) carefully to understand how EazyDone Inc. (“EazyDone,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information.

Who we are. EazyDone Inc. is located at 1013 Centre Road, Suite 403‑B, Wilmington, Delaware 19805, USA. You can contact us at done@eazydone.com.

Acceptance. By accessing or using our websites, web‑based applications, mobile applications, tools, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Use.

1) Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information we process in connection with your use of the Services, including our website located at https://www.eazydone.com and our web platform at https://eazydone.com (together, the “Platform”).

The Services are offered to users who are of legal age to form a binding contract. Users aged 13–17 (“teens”) may use the Services — including acting as a Doer — only with verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian and subject to our teen‑safety requirements (for example, no public display of personal contact details and in‑product messaging only). Users under 13 are not permitted to use the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe we might have information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at done@eazydone.com.

We do not sell or share the personal information of users under 16.

2) Personal Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We collect personal information that you provide to us directly, information we obtain automatically when you use the Services, and information we receive from third parties.

2.1 Information You Provide

Depending on how you use the Services, you may provide: - Contact information (first and last name, email address, mailing address, phone number); - Account/profile information (username, password, photo, offered services, preferences); - Content you upload (text, images, audio, video, and associated metadata); - Registration information related to a requested or provided service;
- Feedback and correspondence (questions, support requests, survey responses); - Demographic information (city, state, country, postal code); - Marketing preferences (newsletter and communication choices); - Other information disclosed at the time of collection consistent with this Privacy Policy.

If you are a Doer (a service provider on the Platform), you may also provide or authorize us to collect recommendations and verification information to validate your existence or reputation. By submitting recommenders’ contact details, you represent that you have obtained their consent to share their information for verification purposes.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect: - Usage data (pages viewed, features used, time spent, links clicked); - Device and technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers); - Cookie and tracking data through technologies such as cookies, pixels (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel), SDKs, and similar tools. For more information, see our Cookie disclosures (below).

Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. Some browsers allow you to send “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Where required by applicable law, we honor valid opt‑out signals related to targeted advertising or the “sale”/“sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined by law.

2.3 Information From Other Sources

We may receive information about you from other users (e.g., when a Service Booker contacts a Doer), public sources, and third‑party service providers who help us operate the Services (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support, payments).

3) How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to: - Provide, operate, and improve the Services (including processing payments where applicable); - Create and maintain accounts and user profiles; - Facilitate Platform features (e.g., connecting Service Bookers and Doers, messaging); - Communicate with you about the Services (e.g., confirmations, updates, security alerts) and respond to inquiries; - Personalize the Services and our communications; - Monitor and analyze usage and activities to maintain, protect, and improve the Services; - Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security risks, and violations of the Terms of Use; - Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and - Conduct research and development to enhance the Services.

4) Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

Where applicable law (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR) requires a legal basis, we process personal information on the basis of: - Contract – to perform our agreement with you and provide the Services; - Legitimate interests – to operate, secure, and improve the Services, and communicate with you, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights; - Consent – for certain activities (e.g., some cookies/marketing). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal; - Legal obligations – to comply with applicable laws (e.g., bookkeeping, tax, regulatory requests).

5) How We Share Personal Information

We may share personal information with: - Service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support, payment processing). These providers are contractually required to use personal information only as instructed and to protect it; - Other users as necessary to facilitate a requested connection or booking (e.g., a Service Booker contacting a Doer). Information you choose to make public (e.g., profile info, photos) may be visible to others; - Professional advisors (e.g., lawyers, accountants) under confidentiality obligations; - Authorities and others for legal, safety, and security purposes (e.g., to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, property, or safety); - Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets; and - With your direction or consent.

“Sale”/“Share” for Targeted Advertising. We do not sell personal information. We may share limited identifiers (for example, hashed email, cookie or pixel data) with advertising partners (e.g., Meta Ads) to show you ads about our Services. Where required by law, we will provide notice at or before the time of sharing and offer you a right to opt out (including honoring valid Global Privacy Control signals). We do not sell or share the personal information of users under 16.

To manage preferences or opt out of targeted advertising, visit Your Privacy Choices: https://www.eazydone.com/privacy-choices (includes “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”). You can also email done@eazydone.com.

6) Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise your rights, email done@eazydone.com. We may request information to verify your identity. We will respond within the time period required by law.

Your Privacy Choices (ads & cookies). To opt out of targeted advertising, manage cookie preferences, or submit a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” request, visit https://www.eazydone.com/privacy-choices. We honor valid Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

Minors/Teens (13–17). We require verifiable parental consent for teen accounts and for any teen to act as a Doer. We do not sell or share minors’ personal information. Teens aged 13–15 are opted out of targeted advertising by default and may only be opted in with affirmative authorization by a parent/guardian; teens aged 16–17 may opt out at any time via Your Privacy Choices or by emailing us.

California (CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. states. If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have additional rights (e.g., to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of certain processing). You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification. See Appendix A – U.S. State Privacy Notices.

7) International Data Transfers

We may transfer personal information to countries other than your country of residence, including to the United States where we are headquartered. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. For questions about cross‑border transfers, contact done@eazydone.com.

8) Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. For example, certain payment and transaction records may be retained for at least six (6) years after the relevant fiscal year end. Information not subject to a legal retention requirement may be deleted seven (7) years after account deletion, unless you request otherwise or a longer period is permitted or required by law.

9) Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Measures include, for example: access controls, firewalls, encryption in transit, password protections, and security practices of our infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, Google). If you have questions about security, contact done@eazydone.com.

10) Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services, understand usage, and for analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before setting non‑essential cookies and provide options to manage preferences. For details on the specific cookies we use, please see our Cookie disclosures or contact us.

11) Changes to This Privacy Policy
